It was perfectly clean with highly courteous and decent staff. A hot continental breakfast was a plus. The location was unbeatable, close to multiple art galleries. No complaints, really, had a very nice stay for a night during a business trip.

The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel was clean and had a chic style with all the necessary facilities. The location was great, right by the shops, with a superb supermarket and cafes just one block away. The beds were comfortable and the central heating kept the room cozy. The multi-channel TV and refrigerator were convenient amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

What a stay! I couldn't have asked for better service on my business trip. The team was on point and really made my stay comfortable. They even offered complimentary drinks and snacks! The location was amazing, within walking distance of all the things I needed. The room was pristine and the bed was so comfortable. I really enjoyed the view out of the window too!
The power went out and the hotel had no backup system.
This meant the room was hot, and without any compensation, it was really inconvenient.

The location of the Graduate Madison is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to downtown Madison. I really appreciated the private parking they provided. The staff was also wonderful and helpful. The room had a private bathroom with all the essentials. It was great that the hotel was just a short 5-minute walk to the State & N Frances bus station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for my Easter getaway and overall, it was a great experience. The location was perfect as it was very central and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they even offered complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I also loved the great view from my window.
While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a couple of negatives.
The ice machines didn't work very well, and I had to go to the bar to get ice instead.
